**Job Title:** Non-Obstetric Sonographer (General, DVTs, Paediatrics & Gynaecology) **Location:** Gloucestershire **Working Pattern:** Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Non-Obstetric Sonographer to join a well-regarded NHS service in Gloucestershire. This role covers a broad case mix, including general abdominal, DVTs, paediatric, and gynaecological scans. You will be part of a supportive imaging team, delivering high-quality diagnostic services with a strong focus on patient care. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a wide range of non-obstetric ultrasound examinations (general abdominal, DVTs, paediatrics, and gynaecology). - Provide clear, accurate reporting and make appropriate referrals when necessary. - Contribute to the delivery of a professional and efficient ultrasound service. - Ensure patient safety, dignity, and comfort throughout all examinations. **Requirements:** - HCPC registration. - Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience (applications without this will be automatically rejected). - Demonstrated competency in general abdominal, DVT, paediatric, and gynaecological ultrasound. - Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. **Benefits:** - Consistent Monday to Friday working hours (9am – 5pm). - Opportunity to broaden your experience across a varied case mix within a respected NHS service.
