**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Nonprofit / Philanthropy / Community Programs Evaluator based in the United States.** This remote, hourly opportunity is designed for experienced professionals with deep expertise in nonprofit, philanthropy, or community-based programs. You’ll apply your real-world knowledge to evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other work products. The role focuses on assessing outputs for accuracy, rigor, relevance, and alignment with professional practices in the social-impact sector. You’ll identify gaps, factual issues, and weaknesses that could reduce the quality or effectiveness of AI-generated materials. Your structured feedback will help improve how AI understands and supports nonprofit and community-focused work. The engagement is flexible and fully remote, with projects that can be completed on your own schedule. You’ll work asynchronously with a research team while contributing specialized expertise to the development of AI systems. ### Accountabilities - Evaluate AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and other artifacts against established nonprofit, philanthropy, and community-program quality rubrics. - Assess outputs for factual accuracy, relevance, rigor, clarity, and alignment with real-world sector practices. - Identify factual, analytical, aesthetic, structural, and presentation-related errors or omissions. - Apply professional judgment to determine whether AI-generated recommendations and materials are practical, appropriate, and responsive to community or organizational needs. - Review materials from the perspective of nonprofit operations, philanthropic initiatives, community programs, and social-impact work where applicable. - Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified issues and opportunities for improvement. - Help distinguish high-quality, contextually appropriate outputs from responses that lack sufficient nuance or domain understanding. - Collaborate asynchronously with the research team to support consistent evaluation standards and improve AI-generated work. - Complete assigned projects accurately and within established timelines while avoiding the use of confidential or proprietary information. ## Requirements - **5+ years of relevant professional experience** in nonprofit organizations, philanthropy, foundations, community programs, social-impact initiatives, or closely related fields. - Strong practical understanding of nonprofit and community-program environments, including their goals, stakeholders, operational considerations, and impact objectives. - Ability to critically assess professional work products and determine whether they demonstrate sound reasoning, accuracy, and appropriate domain judgment. - Native or professional fluency in English, with strong written communication skills. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides and/or PowerPoint. - Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with excellent attention to detail. - Ability to identify factual inaccuracies, contextual gaps, presentation issues, and weaknesses in AI-generated materials. - Ability to communicate feedback clearly, objectively, and constructively. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage independent work and deadlines in a remote, asynchronous environment. - Preferred: Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution or equivalent advanced professional expertise. ## Benefits - **Compensation:** $80–$120 per hour. - Fully remote opportunity for professionals based in the United States. - Flexible work that can generally be completed on your own schedule. - Independent contractor engagement. - Weekly payments through Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. - Opportunity to apply your nonprofit, philanthropy, or community-program expertise to the development of AI systems. - Asynchronous collaboration with a research team. - Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance. - Work does not require access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution. - Please note: H-1B and STEM OPT candidates cannot be supported for this opportunity.
