Provide IT support for corporate customers in sectors such as public services, utilities, retail, and logistics. We expect you to have: Fluent Norwegian or Swedish and English language skills (working with foreign customer and colleagues) Previous experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or a similar technical support role Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical incidents Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals Understanding of Azure, VPN, DNS, DHCP, Citrix, Group Policy, Microsoft server technologies, and device management platforms is considered a strong advantage A customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong sense of ownership Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in an SLA-driven environment Willingness to continuously develop technical, customer service, and language skills With us you will be responsible for: Provide 2nd Line IT support to customers by resolving technical incidents and service requests escalated from 1st Line Support Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, Microsoft technologies, and workplace services using industry-standard tools and processes Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding incident progress, resolution activities, and service updates Taking ownership of complex technical decisions and ensuring effective long-term solutions are implemented Support and mentor 1st Line colleagues by providing technical guidance and expertise Work closely with internal teams, vendors, and service providers Support Line Management and Delivery Leadership in overall production activities, goals and c ontribute to knowledge-sharing, documentation, and continuous service improvements We offer : Working experience on an international level in a leading global IT company Professional and personal development opportunities, growth opportunities A culture guided by our GRIT values – Guts, Results, Integrity, and Team – shaping how we take ownership, drive improvements, deliver impact, act with trust and respect, and succeed together through collaboration and support Work on weekdays and possibility to work from home within Latvian borders, hybrid work model Competitive remuneration from 1800 - 2200 EUR monthly/gross* and benefits package (Premium health insurance which covers sports, dentistry, massages, medical treatments, etc., additional days off and a lot more.) *Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
