Building Location: Superior Clinic Department: 2231800 FAMILY PRACTICE - SUPR Job Description: Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills, works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals. Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention. They may care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise. Position will have a home location of either Ashland, Hayward, Superior, or Spooner and will support our NW WI clinic sites during a specified period of time Assigned “home clinic” will be the one closest to your personal residence. Travel to those sites will be included in the candidates workday and reimbursement will be per the Essentia Health travel policy Anticipated Schedule: 1.0 FTE; 4 days/week and 10 hours/day 100% Clinic Work-in person/TCON/Virtual Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
