**FII USA, Inc.,** a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a **NPI Industrial / Process Engineer** to design, analyze, and improve manufacturing processes, capacity, labor, and production flow for new product introductions. Once a part of the team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the Program Management Department in an office and production environment and have the opportunity to display critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The **NPI Industrial / Process Engineer** will establish efficient production methods, validate process performance, and use data to improve throughput, quality, ergonomics, and launch readiness and assist the Program Management Department as needed.
