Key Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and person-centered nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and organisational policies. Monitor, assess, and accurately document residents' health conditions and care plans. Support residents with dignity, respect, and compassion at all times. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and family members. Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and changing clinical needs. Maintain high standards of infection prevention, safeguarding, and clinical governance. Requirements Valid Nursing registration with the NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council). Minimum 12 months nursing experience within the UK. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
