Job Description: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner – Cardiology – Brighton, CO When you join us, you’ll become a part of a nationally recognized health system dedicated to our mission of “helping people live the healthiest lives possible.” About this role: Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our Cardiology Clinic at Platte Valley Hospital . The selected candidate will partner with 4 general and interventional cardiologists and 3 APPs to help deliver exceptional care to cardiology patients in both and inpatient and outpatient setting. You would practice at Platte Valley Medical Center in Brighton, CO You would work 4 ten hour shift on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri No call or weekends Work with an experienced staff of general and interventional cardiologists Inpatient rounding and clinic work split about 50/50 How we'll support you: We care about your well-being which is why we provide our caregivers a generous benefits package. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program, required Valid license/certification as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Colorado or able to obtain, required DEA and full prescriptive authority, required BLS and ACLS, required Minimum of 2 years of experience as an NP or PA working in an inpatient or outpatient cardiology setting, required About us: Intermountain Health is a model health system by providing extraordinary care and superior service at an affordable cost.
