By working at The Care Company, you will be part of a growing company helping individuals live well in their homes!The Care Company is looking for awesome, self-driven Nurses (RPNs and RNs) to assist us in the community.Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to providing personal care and help clients with their ADLs (hygiene assistance, bathing, and medications administration) that is within the scope of practice for a Registered Practical Nurse Provide exceptional patient care as outlined in their care plans, supporting patients with all applicable medical needs Meets the safety needs of the client and uses equipment safely and properly Assists clients with transfers, ambulation, and exercises as required Observe the patients' medical health as well as their physical and mental responses Functions within the limits of own experience and knowledge, and practices safely and competently within the job description Completes records and documentation accurately and thoroughly Requirements An asset if you own vehicle and have a valid driver's licence (not required) Negative TB Test completed within the last year CNO Registration and Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Certificate COVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code Valid Criminal Record Check - must be completed within the last year. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed.
