### Overview The **RN Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing resident care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. You will be assigning staff, monitoring their activities and providing for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of residents in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act of Michigan.
