Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation. Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations. Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Able to communicate in English [Required] Strong customer service skills. [Required] Good organizational skills. [Required] Knowledge of food service in the healthcare setting.
