**Job Title:** Obstetrics Sonographer (General Experience Desired) **Location:** Gloucestershire **Working Pattern:** Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm **Role Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Obstetrics Sonographer to join a well-regarded NHS service in Gloucestershire. This role primarily focuses on obstetric ultrasound, though general scanning experience is highly desirable. You’ll be working within a supportive team, delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform a wide range of obstetric ultrasound examinations to a high clinical standard. - Undertake general ultrasound scans where required. - Accurately report findings and make appropriate referrals. - Contribute to the delivery of a professional and efficient ultrasound service. - Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times. **Requirements:** - HCPC registration. - Minimum of 6 months’ NHS experience (applications without this will be automatically rejected). - Proven experience in obstetrics scanning. - Additional general ultrasound experience is advantageous. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and patient-care skills. **Benefits:** - Consistent Monday to Friday working pattern (9am – 5pm). - Opportunity to work within a respected NHS service.
