We are currently expanding our team in the Bayside region and looking for OTs who enjoy being able to work from home and close to home! We have a varied & large waiting list for services. Full-time or part-time – it's up to you. ✅ Remuneration & Perks – Industry-leading salary + kilometre reimbursement, laptop, smartphone, and salary packaging options ✅ Work-Life Balance – Enjoy a mix of working from home, in the community , and in-office or clinic hours ✅ Professional Development – PD allowance, tailored training, and ongoing development with AAA and our parent company, MedHealth ✅ Support – Clinical supervision, a structured onboarding program, and mentoring from experienced OTs ✅ Leave Options – Ability to purchase additional leave, plus a generous staff referral scheme ✅ Purpose-Driven Culture – Join a values-based team focused on delivering outstanding support to NDIS participants Your Role will include Managing a caseload that aligns with your areas of interest Conducting clinical assessments across emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions Developing individualised, evidence-based therapy goals and interventions Providing environmental modification advice for homes, schools, workplaces and residential settings Recommending and facilitating Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence Staying compliant with current legislation and NDIS guidelines Working collaboratively within a supportive, multidisciplinary team Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills A proactive, client-centred mindset with a desire to innovate and grow A genuine passion for working in the disability and community sector The ability to work both independently and collaboratively An interest in pediatrics, complex needs, or a preferred caseload area (let’s tailor it together!)
