Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- Current active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Pennsylvania
- A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or post-acute healthcare setting
- Prior experience in home health care is highly desirable
- Strong assessment, clinical, and organizational skills
- Ability to create personalized treatment plans and adapt techniques as necessary
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Current professional liability insurance required
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions effectively
