What You Bring • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. • Licensure: Valid MA Occupational Therapy license. • Skills: Strong multitasking, collaboration, and initiative. • Qualities: Passion for student progress and teamwork. What You'll Do • Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support student progress. • Design and implement functional activities that address students’ occupational therapy needs. • Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily. • Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to IEP evaluations and ongoing student support.
