Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver play-based interventions to improve motor, sensory, and ADL skills. Educate families and support home carryover. Document progress and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and maintain compliance.Required Qualifications:Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Pediatric outpatient experience preferred. Knowledge of sensory integration, developmental milestones, and fine motor skill development. Strong communication skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Ability to create engaging, play-based treatment plans. Excellent documentation and time management skills.
