We seek to ignite the BE DIFFERENT mentality throughout the organization. **Requirements** - Oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and help maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organized work environment. - Manage general office administration, including facilities, supplies, service providers, and vendor relationships. - Act as a friendly and professional first point of contact for visitors, guests, and incoming enquiries. - Coordinate meeting room arrangements, courier services, office maintenance, and procurement activities. - Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and expense administration. - Prepare business correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documentation as required. - Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring logistics and follow-up actions are managed effectively. - Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external business partners. - Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and office activities. - Assist with ad hoc administrative projects and operational tasks to support the overall business. **Qualifications** - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline. - At least 3 years of experience in office management, office administration, executive support, or a similar role. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced or retail environment. - A proactive, positive, and service-minded approach to work. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. - A flexible team player who is willing to take ownership and support the business where needed. - Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred. *As an Equal Opportunity Employer, ALO does not discriminate against applicants or employees because of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, veteran status, disability, age, citizenship, marital or domestic/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or because of any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.* Please review our company California Job Applicant Privacy Policy[HERE](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/2185/2813/files/CCPA_Workforce_Member_Privacy_Policy_-_Bella_Canvas_-_July_2025_-_CA_ONLY_1.pdf?v=1762796781).
