We're looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep our front office running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in the collision repair industry, we'd love to hear from you. **Respons**ibilities · Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience · Check customers in and assist with vehicle drop-offs and pick-ups · Communicate repair updates to customers throughout the repair process · Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally · Schedule appointments and coordinate with the production team · Create, update, and manage repair orders using CCC ONE · Match invoices and receipts to repair orders and maintain accurate records · Process customer payments and assist with basic office accounting tasks · File and organize repair documentation and insurance paperwork · Assist with administrative tasks to support daily shop operations · Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications ## Requirements · Previous experience in a collision repair shop or automotive service office preferred · Experience using CCC ONE management software strongly preferred · Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) · Excellent customer service and communication skills · Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail · Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment · Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) · Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset ## Benefits · Competitive hourly pay ($16.00–$20.00/hour) · Full-time, stable employment (40 hours per week) · Friendly, team-oriented work environment · Opportunity to grow within a respected collision repair business · Ongoing training and professional development If you're passionate about customer service and want to be part of a team that values quality, integrity, and professionalism, we'd love to meet you. ## Apply [Apply at CSN Collision](https://apply.workable.com/csncollision/j/6876225F02/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
