Your professional skills and background Must-haves: At least 2 years of direct experience in an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator or similar role where office administration was your primary responsibility; Proven experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and a high share of ad hoc tasks; Experience supporting demanding stakeholders, with the ability to maintain high standards and stay composed, solution-oriented and service-minded; A proactive, improvement-driven mindset, with examples of processes or routines you’ve introduced or improved on your own initiative; Strong organisational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and comfort working with people at all levels of the organisation; Fluency in both English and Latvian; Ability to work from the office at Skanstes 52, 5 days per week. Nice-to-haves: Office administration experience in a modern, mid-sized company, ideally in IT, fintech or another fast-growing industry; Experience in an international team environment; Hands-on experience organising employee events and initiatives that strengthen workplace culture; Confident use of Google Workspace and interest in using AI and automation tools to make administrative work more efficient; Interest in people operations, employee experience or workplace culture.
