- Order and manage office supplies, printer materials and other consumables
- Receive, distribute and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and deliveries
- Support the organization of internal meetings, company events and special activities
- Assist the HR team and other departments with administrative and organizational tasks as required
- Coordinate with cleaning services and other external service providers
- Take on additional reasonable responsibilities aligned with the nature of the position, your skills and evolving operational requirements
Requirements
- Friendly, professional and service-oriented manner
- Strong organizational skills and a structured, reliable approach to work
- Confidence in dealing with different people and unexpected situations
