**Position Summary:**
We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced New York office. As the face of e.l.f. on-site, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, efficient, well-maintained and functioning work environment. From greeting guests, managing vendors and facilities, to ordering and restocking supplies, this role requires someone proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
### Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees; provide coverage for the front
desk as needed
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and organization of all shared office spaces, including
kitchens, conference rooms, and restrooms
- Manage office supply inventory, food/beverage orders, and weekly catering for Thursday
office lunch
- Maintain and organize the e.l.f. product room, including inventory tracking and
replenishment from warehouse
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and package logistics, including FedEx and
courier services
- Act as a leader in culture
- Plan and execute internal events including happy hours, celebrations, and company-wide
meetings based on Oakland HQ’s direction
- Act as the liaison with building management, HVAC, IT, cleaning vendor, plant care and
other vendors
- Help IT troubleshoot office equipment and tech issues (WiFi, A/V, printers, etc.) to
ensure smooth daily operations
- Partner with the Oakland office team to align on company-wide policies and practices
- Manage office budgets, purchase orders, and invoice tracking in collaboration with
Accounting
- Ensure fire safety compliance; serve as Fire Warden
Lead ad hoc office projects and serve as a trusted, go-to resource for the NY team
- Support office construction teams as the on-site point person
### Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in office management or facilities operations, preferably in a
fast-paced environment (50+ employees)
- Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Warm, professional, and approachable demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable using digital tools and internal systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
