Through a caring, compassionate, philosophy of non-abandonment, the hospice provides a full spectrum of palliative services, including emotional, spiritual, and physical care. The hospice receives patients from referring institutions throughout New York City and the entire tristate area. Requirements
The Hospice Social Worker provides medical social services, psychosocial and bereavement counseling to the hospice Patients and families.

Work Schedule: Weekdays (5p-12a) and Weekends (8a -12a)
Region: Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau and Manhattan
Pay Rates: $95.00 - $125.00 per visit
