The Online Program Coordinator supports the PBC Online Department in the recording, organization, and administration of online course content. Working under the supervision of the Online Program Manager and alongside the department’s video editor, this role oversees the video production process from initial recording through the final upload and course organization in Populi. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Bible, Theology, Biblical Studies, Ministry, or related field, preferably from Portland Bible College
- Must be available for scheduled recording times during the semester, with a consistent weekly schedule
- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and consistent follow-through
- Experience with media production, including basic camera equipment setup, recording, and coordination with video editing processes in support of educational or ministry content
- Willingness to learn technical skills such as camera setup, audio checks, and basic troubleshooting
