Operational Governance Senior Analyst

Job description

**Location**: Cheltenham (London office attendance may be required on a periodic basis) The Operational Governance Senior Analyst will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organisation's Operational Resilience framework, ensuring compliance with UK regulatory expectations (FCA/PRA) and Lloyd's market requirements, alongside supporting the outsourcing and third-party risk management framework across all critical third parties, in line with SS2/21. The role will contribute to embedding resilience and robust third-party governance across important business services, third-party dependencies, and operational processes, ensuring the business can prevent, respond to, and recover from disruptions.
