Operations

Job description

## About Ghost Ghost is a personal AI hardware company. To realize the full benefit of what models will do for people, we believe an entirely new platform will be built around AI. Some devices will let your AI understand what is happening around you, others will enable you to get things done without navigating apps or menus. As these systems become more capable and more personal, it matters who owns them. We’re building a future where that intelligence belongs to you, with an ecosystem of devices and software that gives you greater control over your time, attention, and the things you want to accomplish. **What you'll do** - Own the supply chain and hardware operations that bring Core from prototype to customers. - Build and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. - Work closely with engineering to turn hardware designs into reliable, repeatable production. - Lead production planning, procurement, and inventory as we scale. - Establish quality standards and processes across assembly, testing, and delivery. - Build the operational systems that support future devices and a growing customer base. **Who you are** - Experience owning hardware operations, procurement, manufacturing coordination, system integration, or technical deployment work. - Demonstrated responsibility for getting physical products or computer systems built, tested, and delivered. - Experience managing suppliers, purchase orders, lead times, and inventory. - Strong organizational and analytical skills, including comfort building operational trackers and working with cost data. - Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
