Position: Operations Executive Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai Job Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate effectively with clients and transporters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be organized, and be comfortable handling shipment-related activities. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients and transporters for shipment-related activities. Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients. Handle day-to-day logistics operations and ensure smooth execution. Follow up with transporters regarding shipment movement and delivery status. Maintain accurate records of shipments and operational updates. Resolve routine operational issues and coordinate with the concerned teams. Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients. Requirements Graduate / HSC or equivalent qualification. Good communication and coordination skills . Basic knowledge of MS Office / computer operations . Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day operational activities. Freshers can also apply; logistics experience will be an advantage.
