In practice this means, you will: - **Insource and own core operations** — bring the operational infrastructure, systems and processes that keep AIUC running in-house (vendors, contractors, legal, HR, etc) - **Centralize spend and financial controls** — consolidate vendors and spend, put controls in place, and create visibility into where money goes. - **Support recruiting and people ops** — help the team hire and onboard well as we grow headcount across functions. - **Run strategic finance and reporting** — own board reporting, financial planning, and the numbers leadership runs the company on. - **Drive efficiency across the org** — identify where the company is losing time or money and design the fix; turn unstructured problems into structured, durable systems. # **What we're looking for** Someone who wants to deliver real impact and ownership.
