We’re hiring an **Operations Lead & Labourer** to join our fast-paced team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has experience leading a team but is ready to take the next step into **operations, sales, customer service, and people leadership**. You do **not** need previous junk removal or operations management experience. If you’ve been a **Team Lead, Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar leader** in **retail, landscaping, food service, hospitality, or another fast-paced environment**, your experience can translate extremely well to this role. You’ll **lead from the front**—working alongside your team in the field while developing skills in route management, sales, customer service, coaching, and business operations. What You’ll Do: - Lead daily routes and help ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule - Work alongside your team to safely lift, load, and remove unwanted items - Provide on-site estimates and confidently close sales - Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival through job completion - Serve as the first point of contact for team questions and real-time problem-solving in the field - Train, coach, and support team members - Monitor daily performance and help the team achieve revenue and productivity targets - Communicate priorities and adapt quickly as schedules, customers, and job requirements change - Balance hands-on physical work with leadership, customer service, sales, and operational responsibilities What We’re Looking For: - **1–2+ years of leadership, supervisory, sales, customer service, or operations experience** - Previous experience as a **Team Lead, Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar role** is highly valued - Experience in **retail, landscaping, food service, hospitality, construction, delivery, or other fast-paced environments** is an asset - **Ability to multitask and effectively handle competing priorities** while maintaining a positive customer and team experience - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - A results-driven, team-oriented mindset - Ability to lead by example and stay productive in a physically demanding environment - Ability to consistently lift **50+ lbs** - Valid **Class 5 driver's licence** and clean 3-year driving record - Must be **19+** Why This Is a Great Entry-Level Management Opportunity: This role is designed for someone who is ready to **grow beyond a traditional frontline position**.
