Will you join us in redefining the limits of what is possible? 鉁堬笍馃殎馃殌 As an Operations Manager you will ensure operations are conducted efficiently and effectively, meeting quality standards and established deadlines. This role involves planning, coordination, supervision, and continuous process improvement. The manager is responsible for scheduling, organizing, and controlling all resources for training course management at the center. Additionally, they manage sales campaigns and act as a focal point for customer experience to facilitate communication and training activities. Key responsibilities: Ensure all key milestones for customer training projections are met on time and in proper form. Contribute to periodic risk assessments to minimize interruptions in scheduled customer training. Project a 1-year continuous training plan to guarantee resource availability (simulators and instructors) to meet customer demand. Monitor and review short, medium, and long-term training course planning. Prepare weekly, monthly, bimonthly, and annual commercial reports regarding simulator and instructor usage (actual vs. projected). Secure timely customer commitments (training acceptance, purchase orders) and internal documentation to ensure effective billing. Communicate with the contract administration organization regarding contractual training deductions. Escalate internal or external blocking points (such as session remedials) for arbitration to avoid training interruptions. Organize AMTC Board of Directors meetings and record all decided actions in the minutes. Implement all clauses of the Aircraft Purchase Agreement and Customer Service Agreements related to training matters. Comply with Export Control regulations and complete annual 'Mypulse' training. Requirements: Education: 5-year degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Essential). Experience: Commercial experience (Desirable); Airline operations and training industry experience (Essential). Languages: Advanced English (Essential). Este rol implica planificaci贸n, coordinaci贸n, supervisi贸n y mejora continua de procesos. El gerente es responsable de programar, organizar y controlar todos los recursos para la gesti贸n de cursos de capacitaci贸n en el centro. Adem谩s, gestiona campa帽as comerciales y act煤a como punto de contacto para la experiencia del cliente con el fin de facilitar la comunicaci贸n y las actividades de capacitaci贸n. Responsabilidades clave: Garantizar que todos los hitos clave para las proyecciones de capacitaci贸n de clientes se cumplan en tiempo y forma. Contribuir a evaluaciones peri贸dicas de riesgos para minimizar interrupciones en la capacitaci贸n programada de los clientes. Proyectar un plan de capacitaci贸n continua a 1 a帽o para garantizar la disponibilidad de recursos (simuladores e instructores) y satisfacer la demanda de los clientes. Monitorear y revisar la planificaci贸n de cursos de capacitaci贸n a corto, mediano y largo plazo. Preparar informes comerciales semanales, mensuales, bimestrales y anuales con respecto al uso de simuladores e instructores (real vs. proyectado). Asegurar oportunamente los compromisos del cliente (aceptaci贸n de capacitaci贸n, 贸rdenes de compra) y la documentaci贸n interna para garantizar una facturaci贸n efectiva. Comunicarse con la organizaci贸n de administraci贸n de contratos sobre las deducciones contractuales de capacitaci贸n. Escalar puntos de bloqueo internos o externos (como sesiones de regularizaci贸n) para su arbitraje y evitar interrupciones en la capacitaci贸n. Organizar las reuniones del Consejo de Administraci贸n de AMTC y registrar todas las acciones decididas en las actas. Implementar todas las cl谩usulas del Acuerdo de Compra de Aeronaves y los Acuerdos de Servicio al Cliente relacionados con asuntos de capacitaci贸n. Cumplir con las regulaciones de Control de Exportaciones y completar la capacitaci贸n anual 'Mypulse'.
