Operations Manager - Elliot, ME

Job description

### **About Us** Odeko is the all-in-one operations and technology partner to more than 20,000 independent coffee shops, cafes and other food establishments. Through the Odeko web portal and mobile app, customers can purchase supplies from hundreds of national and local brands, track ordering trends, finance equipment, and access insurance. Customers that use Odeko can increase their revenue, reduce their environmental footprint, and save significantly on their cost of goods and time spent on vendor management. Odeko is on a mission to continuously develop technology to champion your neighborhood cafes, coffee shops, and other independent F&B establishments. Local coffee shops and cafes are the backbone of any given community, and we’re here to help manage the day-to-day tasks with a platform so intuitive, it’s kinda like magic. The Odeko team is diverse, passionate, and innovative. Our 400+ employees are spread across numerous departments and business lines, but are single-minded in our mission to develop technology to support the many needs of our customers. We believe that small businesses need support now more than ever, and that Odeko is uniquely positioned to provide that support. **What You'll Own** **You'll run the floor.** Picking, packing, routing, dispatching — you're the one making sure it all clicks into place, shift after shift. You build the plan, you adjust it on the fly, and you make the call when priorities shift mid-shift. **You'll build the team.** Ops Leads and hourly associates look to you for real coaching, not just direction. You'll train people up, mentor them through the tough days, and run huddles and handoffs that actually keep everyone aligned. **You'll raise the bar.** SOPs aren't just paperwork here — you're the reason they stick. You'll keep an eye on accuracy, partner with site leadership on what could work better, and keep the warehouse running safe, clean, and organized. **You'll be the go-to.** When something breaks on the floor, you're first on the scene — and you know exactly when to solve it yourself and when to loop in the Site Lead or GM. You'll keep everyone in the loop, up and down the chain, without the noise. **What You Bring** - 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations — you know what a good shift looks like - A track record of getting hourly teams to show up and perform, even when the pace doesn't let up - Comfort with WMS tools, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatch — or a fast learner's confidence that you'll pick it up - A high school diploma or equivalent - The stamina for a shift that moves — lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying on your feet, because this job doesn't happen behind a desk *Compensation for this role is up to $70,000 and will be based upon leadership and operational experience.* ### **What you’ll love about Odeko:** - Fast-paced environment and growth opportunities - plenty of room for you to directly impact the company and enhance your career! - Competitive compensation, healthcare benefits, and opportunity for equity - Other great perks - Full lists of benefits available upon request *Odeko is proud to be a diverse, equitable, and inclusive employer. We encourage all to apply regardless of educational background, race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.*
