Requirements We are looking for a planner with an overview, courage, and a hands-on mentality, with the following background: A completed mbo+/hbo education in engineering, logistics, or (technical) business administration, or an equivalent level through relevant work experience; Experience as a planner in a manufacturing environment; experience in machining or a high mix, low volume environment is a plus; Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is a bonus) and proficient in Excel and Outlook; You are a strong communicator and can easily switch between customers, colleagues in the office, and the shop floor; You think ahead, keep an overview, and stay calm when the schedule is under pressure; You feel at home in a small team where you look beyond your own job boundaries and support each other; Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing. Your Benefits At NTS, we combine our passion for technology with innovative solutions for complex challenges. You will have the freedom and trust to fully utilize and develop your talents in a dynamic and energetic environment. We invest in both technology and you as a future colleague! For this challenge, we offer the following benefits: Salary from €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications; Over 40 days off : 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days with a full-time position; Personal development and growth opportunities, for example through training and education; Annual budget of €150 gross, usable for vitality, bike plan, or gym via the Epassi app; Travel allowance of €0.21 per kilometer (max. 50 km one way) or full reimbursement of public transport costs; Excellent pension scheme via PME; Laptop and mobile phone; Free fresh fruit at work. Your Workplace You will join the Precision Machining business unit: a close-knit and skilled team of around 35 specialists in precision machining. The average age is around 40 years, creating a nice balance between experience and energy. Here, you will experience the best of both worlds: the informal atmosphere and short lines of an SME environment, combined with the stability, structure, and development opportunities of an international Tier-1 organization.
