Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system. ### Job Requirement - Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports in Metabase, writing and optimizing SQL queries against the operational database. - Connect live databases to Google Sheets to power real-time trackers and shared operational views. - Own demand planning and replenishment cycles forecasting volumes, setting replenishment triggers, and keeping stock availability aligned with sales demand. - Plan and monitor middle-mile operations, including capacity, routing, and cost efficiency. - Analyze the full fulfillment flow: inventory, inbound, outbound, RTO, and RTV — surfacing bottlenecks and process gaps. - Track and analyze the fulfillment P&L, linking operational KPIs to cost drivers and margin. - Partner with operations leadership to translate analysis into actionable plans and process improvements. ### Job Qualifications - Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience building reports in Metabase (or a comparable BI tool). - Proven ability to link databases with live Google Sheets for operational reporting. - Solid understanding of fulfillment operations — inventory, inbound, outbound, RTO, and RTV. - Experience with demand planning, replenishment, and middle-mile planning. - Ability to read and work with a P&L, connecting operations to financial outcomes. - Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
