This position drives compliance to company-wide processes and policies. Reporting to the Director of Business Process and Organization Excellence. The Process Analyst assists in mapping existing workflows, identifying gaps, and establishing standardized procedures. The Process Analyst develops and deploys data collection and analysis methodologies to surface non-compliance with procedures and policies. This is a strategic role that requires a strong understanding of how the business functions.
