Job Description: Lead strategic operations transformation initiatives across derivatives, securities, and post-trade operating models. Partner with business leadership to define and execute operational strategies supporting business growth, scalability, and regulatory requirements. Drive large-scale system implementations, platform migrations, operating model redesigns, and process transformation programs. Lead cross-border initiatives involving regional and global stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Technology, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and external vendors. Identify operational inefficiencies and design target-state processes that improve scalability, control, and client experience. Oversee business requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and change management activities. Support new market entries, product launches, and strategic business initiatives through robust operational design and execution. Establish governance frameworks, project roadmaps, and stakeholder engagement models to ensure successful delivery. Drive automation, digitization, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. Provide leadership and mentorship to operations and project teams while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience within capital markets operations, operations change, business transformation, or strategic projects. Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives, system implementations, or operating model redesign programs. Strong understanding of capital markets products, including derivatives, securities, and post-trade operations. Experience managing complex cross-functional and cross-border stakeholder environments. Strong business analysis, process mapping, and target operating model design capabilities is a plus. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decision-making across business and technology teams. Excellent project governance, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with front-to-back trade lifecycle processes, exchange and clearing frameworks, and market infrastructure. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region.
