Our Operations Supervisor oversees day-to-day operations to ensure all our guests receive an exceptional experience while maximizing profitability. This position provides leadership, coaching, and operational support across key departments, including Harbor Hotel Front Desk, Housekeeping, 222 Union Food & Beverage. The ideal candidate is a hands-on hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, sound business judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest service and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesAssume responsibility for departments as assigned by the General Manager.
