Operations Support Officer (12-month fixed term contract)

We are looking for an organised and customer focused Operations Support Officer to provide administrative and operational support across the Adam Dental business. About the Role You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and offshore support functions to ensure day-to-day operations are completed efficiently, accurately, and with a strong focus on customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration, operations support, procurement, customer service, or accounts administration experience who is looking for a diverse role with variety and responsibility. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support across Customer Care, Procurement, Inventory, and Accounts. Process purchase orders, supplier credits, customer returns, and related documentation accurately and efficiently. Liaise with suppliers to track orders, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely fulfilment. Maintain accurate purchase order pricing, procurement records, and business documentation. Monitor supplier non-conformance reports and assist with issue resolution and follow-up. Support accounts administration activities, including invoice reconciliation and monitoring key processing dashboards. Generate and maintain reports to support operational performance and decision-making. Coordinate meetings, training sessions, seminars, and business events, including catering and logistics. Assist with document control, training records, and quality/compliance documentation. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer service and support business objectives. What you will bring: A bright positive, "can-do" approach and willingness to learn Experience in administration, operations support, customer service, accounts, procurement administration, or a similar support role. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Confidence working with systems, reports, and spreadsheets (Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills). Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
