Candidates with an interest in **resident education and residency program development** are encouraged to apply. The practice is based at a **tertiary referral medical center** that manages a high volume of complex ophthalmic cases. The ophthalmology service is actively expanding across multiple subspecialties and benefits from a strong hospital-based referral network, as well as referrals from community optometrists and ophthalmologists in a region with limited subspecialty coverage.
