Gain experience in Private Equity and support the team in healthcare and technology investments across Europe.
Your Responsibilities
- Support sourcing through target identification and initial analysis
- Assist in financial modeling and valuation (LBO, CCA, CTA)
- Conduct market and company research to generate actionable insights
- Contribute to investment proposals and due diligence
Your Profile
- Outstanding academics; minimum 4th semester Bachelor, ideally with international experience
- At least 2 internships in top-tier PE, VC, M&A, Strategy Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication in English (C1/C2); additional language a plus
- German Work Permit Required

The strategy targets investments in large European healthcare and tech companies and has completed several transactions to date. The highly motivated team combines deep sector expertise with strong investment experience and is led by Stefan Oschmann (former CEO of Merck) and Leo Walde (Managing Partner at Armira, former Blackstone).
