As an Oracle Payroll - Senior Associate - Consulting, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored Oracle technology solutions that address their unique business needs. Responsibilities - Leading Oracle technology consulting projects to support client business transformation initiatives - Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to design and implement scalable solutions - Engaging in strategic technology planning to optimize Oracle ERP systems for enhanced business performance - Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and process optimization - Developing and deploying Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making - Integrating Oracle Data Integration tools to streamline data workflows and enhance operational efficiency - Embracing change and fostering an environment of innovation and creativity within project teams - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members to support their professional growth and development - Confirming data integrity and compliance within Oracle-based solutions to meet client requirements - Configure and customize Oracle Receivables and Order Management modules to align with business requirements and optimize the order to cash process .
