KSS provides sales and service support for not only the Kiva Confections brand but other high-quality cannabis brands in the California market as well. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders. ***Please send your most UPDATED resume with RECENT work history!*** ### This job is for you, if... - Your friends call you trustworthy, loyal, and dependable - You are detailed-oriented and have quick, accurate math skills to account for inventory. - You love organization and enjoy problem-solving to create and maintain an organized work environment. - You adapt quickly to ever-changing priorities and can multitask with ease. - You love communicating with others and cross-functional collaboration. ### As a Kiva Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will... - Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy - Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing - Receive and log incoming items - Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order - Maintain a clean and organized warehouse - Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift - Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC ### What we're looking for... - High school diploma or equivalent experience is required - Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred - Strong verbal and written communication skills are required - Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. - Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions - Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required (Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements in order to use forklift) ### Work Environment - This position is in a busy warehouse subject to frequent interruptions and loud noises - Business work hours vary but are usually Monday-Friday between the hours of Noon to 8:30pm - Some extended and weekend hours may be required. ### Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds regularly. - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. - Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch as needed. - Comfortable working in environments with variable temperatures and noise levels. - May be asked operate standard warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jack, forklift)
