Based in our **Paris** office, your mission is to take full responsibility for the **order-to-cash cycle** for our clients in France. You will play a vital role in ensuring financial fluidly and operational excellence as we continue to scale ### Key responsibilities ✨ - **Manage** the full invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery to our clients. - **Drive** cash collection efforts by monitoring overdues and engaging with clients to reduce outstanding debt. - **Execute** precise payment allocation to keep our financial records up to date. - **Maintain** and update reporting within our dedicated cash collection tools. - **Optimize** existing processes to improve the efficiency of the order-to-cash cycle. - **Deliver** high-quality support by maintaining strict JIRA response rate SLAs for internal and external queries. ### About you 🧑‍🚀 - **Experience:** You have previous experience in operational finance, ideally within a startup or a B2B platform environment. - **Technical Skills:** You possess strong Excel skills and are comfortable navigating financial tools. - **Languages:** You are a bilingual-level speaker in both English and French. - **Mindset:** You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working autonomously. - **Soft Skills:** You bring a positive, professional attitude and possess skilled communication abilities to interact with various stakeholders. ### How to join the mission? 🚀 - **Initial Screening:** A first call with our Talent Acquisition team to discuss your background and expectations. - **Manager Interview:** Meet **one of our** **Client Operations Team Lead**, to dive deeper into the role's specifics. - **Business Case:** A practical exercise to evaluate your analytical skills and your approach to order-to-cash challenges. - **Final Round:** A concluding interview with **Caroline Barbery-Mebrouk**, CFO.
