**FII USA, Inc.**, a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking an **ORT Manager** to lead the Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT) Department and oversee all reliability testing operations supporting production, engineering validation, and New Product Introduction (NPI). Once a part of the team, you will provide strategic leadership for ORT operations, develop departmental capabilities, and have the opportunity to display leadership and critical thinking skills to expand your career in Smart Manufacturing. The **ORT Manager** will oversee ORT operations, lead departmental personnel, ensure reliability testing excellence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.
