In this role, you will apply your clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive medical record reviews and provide objective, evidence-based opinions on cases involving spinal conditions, injuries, treatments, and surgical interventions.This fully remote opportunity offers flexible scheduling and the ability to customize your workload while working as a 1099 independent contractor.Position DescriptionAs a Physician Reviewer, you will evaluate medical records, prepare concise clinical summaries, and provide independent medical opinions in response to specific questions posed by our clients. Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training and significant experience in Spine Surgery preferred
- Current, unrestricted Tennessee medical license
- Active clinical practice or recent experience in orthopedic spine surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of post-residency clinical experience
- Ability to attend required orientation and training sessions
- Maintain all applicable licensure, certifications, credentialing, and professional requirements necessary to perform reviewer services
