Outlet Manager

Job description

Not your average resort. Not your average job. Picture this: turquoise water, powder-white sand, and a team that feels more like a crew than a company. Constance Ephelia isn't just a place people vacation, it's a place people build a life around. And right now, we're looking for someone to lead the floor, set the vibe, and make sure every outlet on this island runs like clockwork (the fun kind, not the corporate kind). If you live for the energy of service, know how to read a room, and want a role where your ideas actually go somewhere, keep reading. The Role: You're the face on the floor. The person guests remember and the team trusts. As Outlet Manager, you'll run the show across our outlets, not from behind a desk, but out there, in it, making sure every plate, pour, and interaction hits the mark. You'll coach your team, fix problems before they become problems, and turn numbers into decisions that actually make sense. Day to Day, You'll: Be the presence on the floor during service. Visible, present, plugged in Turn guest feedback into real fixes, fast Build a team that wants to show up and grow, not just clock in Recruit, train, and mentor people who'll outgrow their job titles Keep stock, safety, and hygiene tight (no drama, no shortcuts) Spot trends in the data and actually do something about them Team up with other departments so the whole resort moves as one Give feedback people can actually use — and help them go further What You'll Get 🏝️ Alternate days off, a rhythm unique in Seychelles, built so you actually get to rest 💰 Service charge on top of your salary 📈 Productivity bonus, get rewarded for the results you drive 🎁 13th month salary ✈️ One flight ticket a year (for expat team members) 👶 On-site crèche for your little ones 🍽️ Canteen, 24/7, always something on the go Who We're Looking For: We're not chasing a checklist. We're chasing someone with the instincts, the drive, and the people-skills to make an island-full of outlets feel effortless. That said, here's what usually gets you there: 5+ years in hotel operations or outlet/hospitality management A degree (or solid equivalent) in Hotel Management Real experience leading, hiring, and developing a team A head for numbers — budgets, forecasting, cost control, all of it The kind of communicator people trust immediately Cool under pressure, quick on solutions Comfortable with hospitality tech and POS systems Fluent in the language of hospitality — bonus points if that includes French, Italian, or another language on top of English A track record of making things better, not just keeping them running WORK WITH CONSTANCE 🌿 Join a team where well-being, career development, and collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
