In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. **Overhead Door Company of Atlanta™**, a DH Pace Company, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia is hiring an **Outside Commercial Sales Representative** specializing in Pedestrian Automatic Door Sales. This ideal candidate will have experience selling Revolving, Sliding, Folding, and Swinging Doors. **Job Responsibilities:** - Manage the entire sales process for hospitals, municipalities, universities, K-12, commercial and industrial building owners/managers and other accounts within the Atlanta and surrounding areas: targeting prospects, identifying solutions, negotiating, & closing. - Meet with decision makers to professionally present product lines and act as a solutions expert. - Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards - Work with senior management to establish plan for growing our customer base. - Influence customers’ decision to purchase from our vast line of door products. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop new business strategies. - Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals - Actively participate in sales meetings. - Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily - Additional Responsibilities as assigned. **Qualifications:** - Minimum of three (3) years of outside sales experience with Automatic doors. - Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred. - Proven track record of building a new sales territory and establishing a new customer base. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems. - Proficiency with Windows based programs and sales tools. - Must possess valid driver’s license **What We Offer** - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage — available your first full month - Generous paid time off plus paid holidays and floating holidays - Company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability - 401(k) with employer match - Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options - Voluntary benefits including supplemental life and critical illness coverage - Employee discounts for you and your immediate family - Competitive compensation with annual performance reviews ![]() *Successful completion of employment verifications, background check, drug screen, and driving record (if applicable) required in advance of hire.* **DH Pace Company, Inc. does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
