This is a rare opportunity to help shape the membership foundation of a club. **Summary:** Bounty Club is seeking professional, dependable, and service-driven individuals to join our Outside Golf Staff team at our premier private golf facility located just 6 miles from downtown Nashville. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in presentation, and delivers exceptional member service in a high-end club environment **Job Specific Responsibilities:** - Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival - Manage golf bag drop and cart staging - Clean and detail golf carts to club standards - Assist with practice facility setup and breakdown - Maintain cleanliness and organization of bag storage areas - Provide attentive, professional service at all times **Requirements:** - Ability to lift up to **65 pounds** consistently - Valid driver’s license required - Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions - Strong work ethic and reliability - Positive attitude and professional appearance - Weekend and holiday availability preferred **Compensation & Benefits:** - **$15-$20 per hour** - Full-time and part-time positions available - Work in an elevated, team-oriented private club environment - Opportunity for growth within the club
