As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners throughout the Lexington market, providing property inspections, restoration solutions, and exceptional customer service from the first appointment through project completion. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Nicholasville office. ## Job Snapshot **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** **$50,000–$200,000+ annually** **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Lexington market **Experience:** No roofing experience required
