This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for someone who has already developed their sales skills and understands what it takes to manage a pipeline, communicate with customers, follow through on opportunities, and produce results. Your experience doesn't have to be in roofing. If you've been successful in **outside sales, D2D, home improvement, solar, automotive, telecommunications, insurance, or another performance-driven sales environment**, we want to hear from you. **You bring the sales experience. We'll teach you the roofing industry.** ## OFFICE LOCATION **Office 110 – Des Moines, IA** ### Report To Office: **8450 Hickman Rd, Suite 26** **Clive, IA 50325** Hiring throughout the **Des Moines** area, including surrounding communities. **Important:** This position services the **Des Moines, IA market**. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our **Clive, IA office**. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the Clive office as required. ## JOB SNAPSHOT **Employment Type:** Full-Time (W-2) **Compensation:** $70,000–$200,000+ **Pay Structure:** Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission **Training:** Paid Training Provided **Schedule:** Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments **Travel:** Local travel throughout the Des Moines market **Experience:** **Sales experience required; roofing experience preferred**
