Outside Sales Representative 1 - $500 New Hire Bonus

Job description

Outside Sales Representative I (Setter) Gurnee, IL and surrounding communities ⛈️ IMMEDIATE OPENINGS Storms have swept through communities across Illinois this year, creating increased demand for professional property inspections and storm restoration services. R3 Roofing & Exteriors is growing our Outside Sales team! We’re looking for motivated, outgoing, competitive individuals who are ready to get into the field, connect with homeowners, and take advantage of an opportunity to earn, grow, and build valuable sales experience in the roofing and storm restoration industry. No roofing experience? No sales experience? That’s okay. If you’re coachable, comfortable talking to people, willing to work hard, and motivated by performance and earning potential, we’ll teach you the rest. 💰 $500 NEW HIRE BONUS New team members are eligible to receive a $500 New Hire Bonus after successfully completing 90 days with R3 Roofing & Exteriors, provided they are actively working with R3 and in good standing at the time of payment. ⚡ 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR POSITION This opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position. Independent contractors are not eligible for company-sponsored employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, retirement or 401(k) benefits, or other benefits offered to W-2 employees. Independent contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations and withholdings. ⚡ WHAT DOES A SETTER DO? As an Outside Sales Representative I, commonly called a Setter, you’ll work in residential neighborhoods throughout Gurnee, IL and surrounding communities. Your primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners and offer complimentary property inspections. You do not climb roofs, conduct property inspections, or assess storm damage yourself. Once a homeowner agrees to an inspection, you’ll hand the opportunity off to an Outside Sales Representative II (Closer), who conducts the property inspection, assesses potential storm damage, and works with the homeowner through the next steps. Your focus is simple: Meet people. Build trust. Create opportunities. Generate quality leads. 💰 WHY JOIN R3? • $500 New Hire Bonus after 90 days • Uncapped commission earning potential • Opportunity to earn based on performance • Opportunity to advance into an Outside Sales Representative II (Closer) role • Leadership opportunities for top performers • Incentives, bonuses, team competitions, and recognition • Training and support from experienced team leaders • High-energy, competitive, team-oriented environment • Family-owned company focused on developing talent from within • Opportunity to build valuable sales skills and grow within the roofing industry 🌩️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING • Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout the Des Moines metro • Offer complimentary property inspections and schedule appointments • Maintain clear communication with your assigned Closer and ensure a smooth handoff • Build rapport and trust with homeowners while representing R3 professionally • Generate quality leads and referrals • Learn the roofing and storm restoration industry from experienced team members • Participate in training, coaching, competitions, and development opportunities • Continuously develop your sales skills with the opportunity to advance within R3 ⛈️ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Self-motivated, competitive, and dependable • Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing residential neighborhoods • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Confident starting conversations with new people • Coachable and willing to learn • Positive, growth-focused attitude • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to successfully complete a background check 🚀 BUILD MORE THAN A PAYCHECK This is more than an opportunity to knock doors. At R3, we want our Outside Sales Representative I team members to develop the skills and experience necessary to pursue opportunities as Closers and future leaders. Whether your goal is to increase your earning potential, develop your sales skills, move into leadership, or build a future in the roofing industry, this is an opportunity to get started. ⚡ READY TO JOIN THE TEAM? Apply today! The $500 New Hire Bonus is paid after successful completion of 90 days, provided the independent contractor is actively working with R3 and in good standing at the time of payment. All offers are contingent upon successfully completing a background check. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity and does not include company-sponsored employee benefits.
