Join a fast-growing fiber internet company in Southwest Florida. PRIME Fiber is expanding high-speed fiber internet access across Southwest Florida, and we're looking for driven outside sales representatives to help us grow. As a door-to-door sales representative, you'll work directly with homeowners in communities where fiber internet is available, helping them understand the benefits of reliable, high-speed connectivity and driving new customer sign-ups. We're looking for motivated, results-oriented individuals who enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and being rewarded for their performance. ### What You'll Do - Work assigned neighborhoods and territories throughout Southwest Florida - Meet homeowners face to face and introduce available fiber internet services - Educate customers on the advantages of fiber internet over their current service - Turn conversations into new customer sign-ups - Build relationships within the communities we serve ### Who You Are - You have a strong desire to succeed and earn based on your performance - You thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment - You're confident approaching new people and starting conversations - You stay positive, motivated, and persistent, even on challenging days - You take ownership of your results and hold yourself accountable ### Key Responsibilities - Conduct door-to-door sales activities in assigned residential territories - Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer acquisition targets - Present the benefits of fiber internet, tailoring your approach to each homeowner - Answer questions about service availability, pricing, features, and installation - Build positive relationships with homeowners, HOAs, and local communities - Accurately track sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups - Provide feedback from the field to help improve sales and marketing strategies - Participate in ongoing product knowledge and sales training - Represent PRIME Fiber and its service partners professionally in every customer interaction ### Qualifications **Requirements** - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - High school diploma or equivalent - Comfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors for extended periods in Florida's weather conditions - Available to work evenings and Saturdays when homeowners are most likely to be home - Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills - Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule and territory - Ability to work independently while contributing to team sales goals **Preferred Qualifications** - Previous outside sales, door-to-door, or direct sales experience - Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber internet, or related industries - Familiarity with Southwest Florida communities, particularly Naples and Bonita Springs ### What We Offer - $50,000 base salary plus uncapped commission, with a target OTE of $80,000 - Health, dental, life, and disability insurance - 401(k) and tuition reimbursement - Paid training and ongoing sales development - Opportunities for career advancement as the company grows - A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where performance is recognized and rewarded - The opportunity to help bring modern fiber internet infrastructure to communities throughout Southwest Florida *Benefit eligibility and company contributions are determined in accordance with company policy.*
