When a pet needs emergency care in the middle of the night, families need someone who can **listen, communicate clearly, stay calm, and help them understand what happens next.** If you're an experienced **Veterinary Receptionist, Client Service Representative, Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, or Healthcare Customer Service professional** who thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is your opportunity to join an established **Emergency and Specialty Veterinary Hospital**. **Veterinary experience is valued, but strong client communication and healthcare operations experience can translate exceptionally well to this role.** **Overnight Schedule** **8:00 PM – 6:00 AM** You'll help maintain **client communication, patient flow, and hospital operations** throughout the overnight hours while supporting continuity of care for emergency patients.
